SALADS

Our salads are made with the freshest ingredients and come with your choice of dressings.  They are served half pan or full pan

 

Garden – A combination of Spring Mix, Iceberg, and Romaine lettuce mixed with shaved carrots, cumbers, and garlic croutons.  

Caesar - Chopped Romaine lettuce topped with shave Parmesan cheese and topped with garlic croutons.           

Tomato, cucumber, and red onion (tossed in a red wine vinaigrette dressing)

Pasta – Tri-colored spiral pasta tossed with carrots, peas, purple onions, celery, black olives, ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, and herbs.

Italian Pasta Salad – Tri-colored pasta tossed in an olive salad creamy dressing with salami, provolone, Italian ham, black olives, and purple onions.
